He is a faculty for OB, HR and IR for Weschool and its Corporate Training Programs. Has conducted over 700 workshops on various topics ranging from Management & Executive Development, Leadership, Communication, Behavior, Teams, Conflicts, Time Management and several customized problem specific and change oriented programs.
He has executed assignments in Organisational Development, Training, Policies and Procedures, Organisational Design and Restructuring, Performance Management, Assessment, Engagement and Wellness for Prominent Companies.
